• Cookies: Small text files placed on Your computer, tablet, or smartphone by a website containing details of Your browsing history, session tokens, and interface preferences.
• Country: Refers to Jharkhand, India.
• Device: Any device capable of accessing our Service, including a desktop computer, laptop, Android smartphone, iOS tablet, or smart television.
• Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable living individual, such as name, email address, phone number, academic records, and transactional identifiers.

A. Personal Data

While utilizing our academic services, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information used to contact or authenticate You, including:

• Primary Mobile Number and Parent / Guardian WhatsApp Contact

• Mailing / Residential Address, City, State (Jharkhand/Bihar), and Postal PIN Code

• Video playback milestones, lesson completion percentages, quiz scores, and forum interactions
• Device hardware fingerprints strictly utilized to enforce the academy's two (2) verified device concurrency limit and prevent account piracy

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies (web beacons, local storage tokens) to monitor platform health, maintain authenticated student sessions, and safeguard digital assets against scraping.

You may instruct Your browser to refuse all cookies. However, disabling essential cookies will disable access to enrolled courses and protected student dashboards.

The Vision Academy Plus utilizes collected data for verifiable educational purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service: Enabling low-latency video streaming, distributing study PDFs, and verifying live class attendance.
• To manage Your Account: Authenticating student and teacher credentials and issuing digital course enrollment badges.
• For the performance of a contract: Processing fee payments, generating official tuition tax invoices, and fulfilling physical kit dispatches.
• To contact You: Sending real-time SMS alerts, WhatsApp academic updates, timetable modifications, and examination notifications.
• To secure digital intellectual property: Preventing simultaneous unauthorized multi-IP credential leaks and unauthorized content capture.
• To fulfill statutory legal duties: Complying with Indian fiscal audits, tax deductions, and educational council guidelines.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Academic progress records, certificates, and enrollment logs will be retained throughout your academic tenure (Academic Session 2026–2027) and for a minimum subsequent retention window to enable future transcript verifications. Financial transaction records and tax invoice ledgers are retained for a statutory period of seven (7) years in compliance with applicable Indian tax and financial reporting legislation.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed primarily within sovereign data facilities in the Republic of India to ensure strict compliance with Indian data sovereignty mandates.

Where auxiliary cloud components (such as global content delivery networks or high-availability load balancers configured by ALATIX STACK) process streaming requests, Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by submission of such data represents Your agreement to such transfer. We maintain adequate administrative and cryptographic controls to guarantee that your data is handled with rigorous security.

Law Enforcement & Legal Mandates

Under certain circumstances, The Vision Academy Plus may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court subpoena, cybercrime investigation cell, or government agency).

Authorized Service Providers

We share bounded subsets of your information only with verified third parties vital for service delivery:

The Vision Academy Plus provides educational and competitive coaching to students who may be minors (under 18 years of age, including secondary school pupils preparing for JAC/CBSE board examinations).

We require that all minor students register with the knowledge, consent, and active supervision of their parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 without verifiable parental authorization. If You are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data without your consent, please contact our administrative desk immediately for expedited removal or verification.
