General Terms of Use
Welcome to The Vision Academy Plus. These General Terms of Use regulate the admission, registration, portal access, and general utilization of the services, classroom materials, and software ecosystem provided by The Vision Academy (the "Institute") across both offline facilities in Basantari, Godda and its digital ecosystem.
User Eligibility & Registration
To enroll in any online course, download syllabus study material, or attend digital live classes, You must create a verified account by furnishing authentic information, including your full legal name, current mobile phone number, WhatsApp contact, active email, and accurate educational stream (JAC Board, BSEB Board, SKMU Graduation, or specialized coaching). Account sharing, proxy registration, or impersonating another student is strictly prohibited.
Strict Device Concurrency & Session Binding Policy
To preserve academic discipline and defend against unauthorized subscription sharing, student accounts are restricted by automated architectural heuristics:
- Maximum 2 Personal Devices: Each student account may be authenticated on a maximum of two (2) personal devices (e.g., one personal mobile smartphone and one household desktop/tablet).
- Zero Simultaneous Multi-Location Streaming: Concurrent video playback from two distinct geographic IP locations triggers an immediate security lock on the student profile.
- Account Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity originating from your authenticated credentials shall be deemed your legal act.
Code of Student Conduct
Students agree to utilize the platform solely for lawful academic enrichment. You shall not transmit derogatory, harassing, defamatory, or obscene communications through the community forums, live lecture question boxes, or peer messaging tools.
Intellectual Property
The Vision Academy Plus operates under a strict, legally bifurcated intellectual property model delineating software engineering assets from academic coaching materials:
ALATIX STACK Proprietary Software Engine
The underlying Learning Management System (LMS) codebase, website architecture, frontend UI layouts, database relational schemas, custom Learning Theater video player, algorithmic concurrency limiters, session bridges, and security infrastructure are the exclusive, proprietary Intellectual Property of ALATIX STACK (created and spearheaded by Md Ghulam Rabbani / @sunny spiky).
No software source code, reverse-engineering rights, or platform technology licenses are granted to users, competitors, or third-party institutions.
The Vision Academy Educational Content
All course syllabi, live lecture broadcasts, pre-recorded video modules, handwritten class notes, formula books, question papers, doubt bank repositories, and academic test series are the exclusive Intellectual Property of The Vision Academy and its certified faculty (led by MD Osama, Faisal Sheikh, Md Mujahid, and faculty mentors).
Enrolled students are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable license for individual academic study only.
Any screen recording, stream ripping, DRM decryption, unauthorized downloading, credential reselling, Telegram sharing, or commercial redistribution of course videos or study notes will result in immediate, permanent account termination without refund, forfeiture of enrollment, and criminal/civil prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Academic Scope
The Vision Academy Plus provides academic coaching, test preparation series, and foundational skill development tailored primarily for Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC Board), Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), Sido Kanhu Murmu University (SKMU) collegiate curricula, general science mastery, and computer applications.
Pedagogical Guidance & Student Responsibility Disclaimer
While faculty mentors commit utmost dedication, expertise, and structured mentorship to maximize student understanding:
- Academic examination outcomes, state board rankings, competitive scorecards, and institutional admissions depend fundamentally on individual student diligence, continuous practice, and intrinsic merit.
- Course enrollment does not constitute a guaranteed promise or warranty of passing scores or government exam placements.
- Syllabus completion timelines adhere to the official academic calendar, subject to emergency weather alerts, government gazetted holidays, or university schedule alterations.
Liability & Disputes
Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")
The platform and its services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While ALATIX STACK employs fault-tolerant server infrastructure, neither The Vision Academy nor the architecture provider warrants that service operations will be perpetually uninterrupted, completely error-free, or exempt from temporary power grid or telecommunication downtime in regional areas.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian jurisprudence, in no event shall The Vision Academy, its faculty members, administrators, or the ALATIX STACK engineering team be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of student platform use, local hardware malfunction, loss of internet connectivity during live examinations, or unauthorized third-party credential access resulting from student negligence.
Governing Law & Exclusive Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, claim, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms, enrollment, or platform operations shall fall under the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the competent civil and criminal courts in Godda, Jharkhand, India.
